CrossFit athletes have some of the most INSANE pectoral muscles I’ve seen, can it really all from CrossFit?

Recently fell down a rabbit hole of CrossFit athletes and one thing I’m noticing is how INSANE their pectoral muscles are. And it isn’t just Royce, it’s ALOT of them!

Can a pectoral build like this be possible just from CrossFit? Do you think the star athletes (like Royce) are doing any kind of compound lifting (ie benchpress) or is this all from CrossFit?
